Each cultivar in this blend was separately distilled in small pot stills using the open flame method associated with traditional cognac production. The spirit then matured in French oak barrels for a minimum of 10 years.
Chenin Blanc is the dominant base of the Blanco, giving it a strong profile of ripe apricot and peach flavours. Sauvignon blanc and Ugni blanc add balance and complexity, and a dash of Hanepoot rounds it off.
Elegant and fruity. Easy drinking. To be enjoyed neat, with a splash of water or block of ice.
